Absolutely without a doubt after a 5 week stay at a local resort...THE BEST MEAL IVE HAD IN HUATULCO ...bar none....and it’s a food truck!
Highly recommend Mama Elsa's! The burgers were absolutely delicious! So much so that we went a few times during our visit. I don't understand some of the negative reviews, as our visits were consistently delicious every single time. Friendly staff and Elsa was amazing, my Spanish is not good at all, but she was trying to help us order in Spanish. Carrot cake was fresh and amazing as well. If you are looking for amazing well priced burgers, make sure you go here! You won't be disappointed!

Came all the way from Cali USA... the burgers were a surprise huge surprise in fact. Theyre good and original mayo and heinz ketchup....hope ur hungry must try if u got a craving.

We always have fun at Mama Elsa's. The food is fabulous and a great atmosphere. This family running the restaurant, all have such a great sense of humour. A wonderful place to check out while you are in Hautulco.
We have been traveling to Huatulco for 10 years now and every trip we always stop and eat here, I have brought her 4 antique Alberta license plates for decor, and a custom made T shirt for her as well, those were the good old days I guess. For The past 2 years we no longer support this place, prices are out of control and it has lost the feel it once had, tourism greed has taken over unfortunately, on my very last visit when I gave her the shirt and 2 license plates she gave me one of her momma Elsa t-shirts that I thought was nice until she added 30 to my bill for the shirt, I gave the shirt back and I have never been back, tourists are just Wallets and nothing else don't let fake friendliness fool you.
